My style is pretty eclectic, but it leans towards the trendy and the retro. I adore 50s dresses, and some of my favorite websites to drool over are ModCloth.com and TrashyDiva.com. (Incidentally, if anyone wants to put me as their ‘referrer’, there are bonuses on both sites for references!)

Despite my expensive taste in fashion, I’m something of a penny-pincher. I have to eat healthy, pay rent, go to school, and look fabulous, all on a budget. Because of that, some of my favorite stores are the hard-to-shop, hit-and-miss overstock shops like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and thrift stores all across the country. I picked up a gorgeous pair of 80’s Anne Klein white leather wingtip heels from a Salvation Army one time for $3. I got an even more adorable safari-print pencil skirt for $2 at a local thrift shop. I never pay full-price for anything if I can help it, and I have a horrible tendancy to “stock up” on sale items. I’ve gotten better!

All of this leads to a very eclectic wardrobe, which I am honestly quite proud of. I can go anywhere I want and look like I belong there!
